Today we're excited to announce Atomic's Builders Summit 2023, our annual gathering of company builders and operators on April 26 during Miami Tech Week.

The Builders Summit is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs, operators, and industry experts to come together and share knowledge, insights, and ideas about company building. Attendees learn from each other and from extraordinary leaders who have started and scaled successful high-growth businesses.

Last year, we received over 2,000 requests for invitations from entrepreneurs and operators all over the world, a signal of how much interest there is in meeting other builders to connect and help one another. As difficult as it was to select a handful of these incredible applicants, we were honored to host a small group in Miami and learn from everyone who joined us. We're looking forward to hosting the Builders Summit again this year with more incredible speakers, conversations, and new professional connections to make.

We conceived the Builders Summit because we observed a disparity — too many talented operators were overlooking their potential as entrepreneurs and shying away from startups, seeing them as too risky. Meanwhile, too many founders were still trying to go it alone, relying on serendipity and luck, with many teams working on unscalable ideas or without the right resources to make their vision a reality.

Atomic was started ten years ago to de-risk the process of company creation. Today, we’re known as the inventor of the modern venture studio model where companies like Bungalow, Found, Hims and Hers, Homebound, OpenStore, and Replicant started. Our mission is to give founders an unfair advantage by pairing them with the best ideas, talent, and capital and to encourage more people to consider entrepreneurship a career path.

We believe that downturns are the best times to start companies and that the world is better when more people are building. If you're considering co-founding a company, joining a founding team, or leveraging your industry expertise in an advisor role, we encourage you to request an invitation here.
